| A new balloon inspector |

John Till has gained all the qualifications to provide private owners with their annual balloon inspections. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in helping John with this achievement, particularly Dave Allum who mentored him extensively. Well done John.

John says: “I won't be able to attend meets as Dave did and camp out for the weekend, pigs to feed and all that! However, if anyone needs an inspection and requests an inspection then I will do my best to attend and will certainly make an appointment. It will be possible though for anyone to bring their kit here by appointment at more or less anytime weather permitting for inspections. If inspections are required at other locations i.e. at someone’s own field then I feel I shall have to make a travelling charge which would not apply if the inspection was carried out at my farm or at a location I was going to anyway.”
