| Annual Humber Bridge Meet, dinner and Annual General Meeting 6th-8th Dec 2019 |
It is now very nearly the end of the PRBA year and we have had our final meet for 2019; the Humber Bridge Meet.
This year we moved to the Cave Castle Hotel, at South Cave. Very easy place to get to being just off the M62, and being in December our flying hours are very sociable, unfortunately it was more social than flying this year! We held a meet at this venue well over 20 years ago for those with longer memories.
Saturday evening we had our annual dinner, this year will be a little reserved as we are in a new venue, The Cave bar and kitchen, and it was a lovely meal. Interspersed with pass the parcel and secret Santa (well, not too secret.....PRBA pressies for everyone).
On Sunday afternoon at 2pm we held our AGM, again at Cave Castle. The committee remain the same with just two members standing down; Dan King and Adam Barclay Faulkner - thank you to both for their past service.
