Attention PILOTS UNDER TRAINING - IMPORTANT INFORMATION |
Just a timely reminder:
Training for a UK Licence
If you are already training for a UK Licence the best advice is to carry on with the UK scheme and try to complete everything before April 2020.
An extension until April 2021 is now available to members of the BBAC DTO (Declared Training Organisation).
Register all your training to date through the BBAC shop (no charge).
For more details, please see http://www.members.bbac.org/dto
PLEASE DO THIS URGENTLY AS THE FORM TO REGISTER WILL DISAPPEAR AT THE END OF THIS MONTH.
Once training and exams are all successfully completed, you will be issued with a UK PPL(B) which you can then convert to an EASA Licence if you wish to.
FAILURE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS CONCESSION BY REGISTERING BEFORE THIS DATE WILL MEAN THAT ALL TRAINING WILL HAVE TO START AGAIN, AND UNDER THE EASA SCHEME RULES.
Training for an EASA Licence
Training for EASA Licences is now available through the BBAC DTO from 8 April 2020.
The BBAC DTO will train for Part-BFCL Licences from 8 April 2020. Contact DTO@bbac.org for further information.
For help with any training needs, please contact our training officer, Phil Traviss, on email address training@prba.org.uk
