After a blustery Friday and Saturday, Sunday dawned light and variable. Balloons launched from the airfield and many got very close to the target (Pocklington Church tower).
Janet Folkes gave an illustrated talk on Gas Ballooning in the gliding club bar on Saturday evening. This was very well received by balloonists and glider pilots who attended.
